Our Mission Statement...

The Wesleyan Church is an evangelical, Protestant denomination. We offer the good news that faith in Jesus Christ makes possible a wonderful, personal relationship with God, a holy life empowered by His Holy Spirit for witness and service, and assurance of eternal life in heaven. Our name is in honor of John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, whose emphasis on a life of faith, self discipline and perfect love is our example.

The mission statement of the Wesleyan church is:            

               To exalt Jesus Christ by

                         - Evangelizing the lost

                         - Discipling the believers

                         - Equipping the church

                         - Ministering to society

The philosophy of ministry at Hales Corners Wesleyan is:

We serve a risen Savior that desires to be known by those he saved. He reveals Himself through His word, and so at Hales Corners Wesleyan the Word of God is taught and preached with the desire that it will work inside those who hear, bringing about deeper relationships that will lead to a whole hearted obedience in faith.

Jesus is the exact representation of God's love. He showed God's sacrificial love to us through His life and death. We are called to follow in His footsteps, and therefore we are encouraged to share God's love with all whom we come in contact with.

It is only by God's amazing grace that we live and exist, and because of this, grace is emphasized in the preaching and encouraged to be abundantly extended in our everyday relationships.
